Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Your email address, because that is how a subscription works. Payment identifiers held by our processors — never card numbers, which we neither see nor store. Coarse region, for tax and currency. Which posts were opened, not how long you spent reading them.

2. What we never collect

Advertising identifiers. Cross-site tracking data. Anything sold to a third party. We have no advertising business, so there is nothing for your attention to be worth to us.

3. Cookies

Essential only, unless you accept more. The essential set keeps you logged in, protects your account and remembers your cookie choice. Non-essential is aggregate page analytics, and nothing else. There is no third-party tracker. Change your choice from any page footer.

4. What a publisher sees

Your email address, and whether you subscribe free or paid. Not your other subscriptions, not your payment details, and — if you cancel — not the reason you gave. Reasons reach a publisher only as an aggregate, with small groups merged so no single answer can be traced to you.

5. Getting a copy, or deleting it

Write to [email protected] to request everything we hold about you, or to have it deleted. We reply within thirty days. We keep only the minimum transaction record that tax law requires.

6. Changes

If we change this policy materially, we'll tell you before it takes effect, not after.
